  • Sorry for creating a lot, I've just been having this problem since the season released and have been getting really frustrated, but I apologize. I have tried clearing my cache before, but just now I cleared it from Opera GX as well as Chrome for desktop, and neither fixed the issue. By the way, thank you for looking into this issue.

  • Your video shows that you are attempting to log in at the home page of help.bungie.net Can you please try going to the specific form you are looking to use, clicking the Submit Request button, then logging in?

  • I won't make a video for this one because it's the same deal, but the form I am trying to access is the one for missing emblems. Clicking the "Submit request" button on the article forces the user to sign in. Since it forces me to sign in, the same issue occurs where I am redirected back to bungie.net. I cleared my cache again before trying this, but to no avail. I think it's worth mentioning that I've tried doing this on a different bungie account that I have played on before, and I was able to sign in without issue, as well as access the request form.

  • While I understand it may provide same results, I would need that video, so I can forward this to Destiny Player Support for further investigation. Please let me know when you have the video. Thanks for understanding!
