Deepsight Harmonizer not applying to bonus/hidden chest raid weapons
I have a deepsight harmonizer and I am attempting to apply it to a forbearance that dropped from a bonus/hidden chest in the raid, but there is no 4th box/option to apply it. I have other raid weapons and they do indeed show the option. Is this a known issue or a case of works as designed where you can only apply the harmonizer to non bonus/hidden chests items?
