Allo there,
The only way to unlink an account is to authenticate it by logging into it. You'll need to work with Xbox support to recover the account.

Hi! But yeah, I tried to authenticate it but I forgot I deleted the account entirely so I have no way to access it anymore. I don’t know if I’d be able to recover the Xbox account. T_T

That's something you'll need to discuss with Xbox support. If they can't recover it then unfortunately Bungie can't help in this matter as they also don't have access to your accounts.
