With the season 21 release Bungie made a change to how emblems work.

Thanks for the news, so how can I take it from the collection if it doesn't show up anymore? It was the bonus preorder, but in bungie.net nor in the game it can't be re-earned.

Are you trying to use it on a platform it's not owned on? I.e. you bought it on Xbox but play on Steam as an example

Indeed maybe that's the problem, I've bought it on steam last year, and for playstation last week. I was using that emblem before the update even on play station. So they changed it to use the emblems for the platform in which you buy it, got it. Thanks so much dude
