Mine randomly started doing this yesterday as well, been looking for a fix since. Ive updated drivers shut game mode off, verified file integrity and uninstalled and reinstalled. still got the same issue. its pretty annoying. Can't even play really. Happens when i'm afk in orbit too.

yeah i’ve tried everything possible, i even downgraded back to windows 10 and downloaded game again and many more to try and fix the solution but i haven’t found 1 thing that fixes it unfortunately, ill just have to see if they fix it next season. Bungie’s garbage servers
