My issue seems to stem from purchasing silver via the EPIC store for the in-game purchase. Their support has yet to find a solution and it does not seem that the transactions were communicated over to Bungie. If you have a similar issue, make sure to review your Purchase History with your direct platform and then your purchase history on Bungie.net. If you do not see the silver purchases on Bungie, they did not receive the transaction occurrence. I may have another update sometime soon as basic TS and even cache clearing has not solved this issue so far.

Additional/Final(?) Update This issue has been going on for 5 days now on my account and just in case anyone else runs into this issue it entirely seems to be on the part of EPIC Games. Bungie has been extremely helpful in checking into all 3 of my transactions IDs, checking internal logs and tools, and even allowing me to share their direct response with Epic Games Support as needed to assist in me getting a resolution. Epic however, not so much. They are taking the stance of "Oh well we took your money and it says the transaction was complete so, this is non-refundable and you have to check with Bungie." instead of having any further investigation into the matter. I still do not have an answer as to why or how my account just isn't able to receive silver in any capacity due to their end messing up but I hope this helps anyone else not waste as much time as Epic has wasted mine as well as Bungie's. Do not let them tell you it is on this end. It is entirely something wrong with Epic's system.
