I'm hearing that the ship we got from the Defiance War Table was not supposed to be given... At this point i'm starting to feel bad for Bungie not even as much disappointed. They need to start accepting that 4 seasons and an expansion per year is too much. Just do 2 seasons where you try to make everything bug free. I'd rather a memorable experience than more experiences. Quality over quantity. The final seasonal mission being ruined by that audio issue just took away any conclusional satisfaction i was about to have and the ship key thing is just the cherry on top

  • 2 seasons = 50% less money for them for seasons... for the same amount of content... in fact it would be better content if it ACTUALLY WORKED AS INTENDED... they are NOT going to do any of them .. reduce costs or seasons or release content that actually works ...

  • They’ll reduce seasons from 4 to 2 then double the price.

  • Yeah I know it's beating a dead horse but this quantity over quality mentality is gonna ruin their 10 years of hard work. Why not at least end on a high for Final Shape. Take the time that's needed to make the conclusion to the saga great... :(

Take the time that's needed to make the conclusion to the saga great... :([/quote] A lot of Bungie’s problems stem from working with a dead and outdated engine. The Havok Engine (which I believe is what Bungie is currently on) has a lot of problems. Best chance Bungie has in regards to fixing Destiny is to end Destiny 2 with the Final Shape, then develop Destiny 3 using the Unreal Engine and starting the new story they come up with. The Unreal Engine is the future. Bioware had 2 flops via Andromeda and Anthem because of the problems with the Frostbite Engine that wasn’t meant for those Games which is why Dragon Age 4 and Mass Effect 4 are being done on the Unreal Engine so they have minimal issues in development. The Havok Engine is like the Frostbite Engine, it’s not designed for long term use and it’s showing. It’s time for a new engine.

  • I admire your optimism .... good luck with that... I got bored of looking through challenges etc that require DLC I don't own.. and I'm not about to give BUNGIE any more of my money.... especially when PSN charges so much for them.... That is half my issue with Bungie .. this game if you were to start playing late or return after a few years away like I did, will cost a fortune to catch up with DLC's ... each DLC being the price of a new game when released, but NONE offering a full games worth of content ... even now on PSN to get all the DLC's and season pass is around £200 ... the game is good, but NOT that good ... Bungie's greed is losing them fans quicker than Budwieser's stock is dropping .. they may still have a lot of customers, but the fans of Bungie that love that 'old halo feel' Destiny has, are losing or have lost faith and patience with the game and company. Such a sad state of affairs to see Bungie operating in this way, with such a clear lack of respect for their players, fans and customers... I'm already back playing Skyrim... old but great game THAT ACTUALLY WORKS and doesn't require the cost of a new game every year ....
