The rewards aren't emailed - they are added to your account and appear after a restart
Which rewards specifically are you missing?
Engram goes to the postmaster. Emblems are added to collections->flair->emblems->general

I've restarted destiny multiple times, and even my computer. I am missing the Emblems Etheric Strands and Heroes Welcome. I've checked through that path already and where they are are greyed out. I'm currently opening Destiny again after a computer restart, hopefully they are there when it loads. Thanks for the help.
