I may not be the best player around, but probably also not the worst. Just take a look at my stats. Lake of Shadows boss fight - totally off the wall. Nowhere to hide, black goo almost everywhere, ads one shot you, you have to ruin your loadout to get elemental protection mods on. The amount of bullets you have to put into even minor ads is just ridiculous. To top it off, you don't even get anywhere near enough ammo drops. We just gave up on this utter crap after a while. The old Lake of Shadows admittedly was far too easy, but this went even further on the hard side of difficulty than it was on the easy side before. So why should I bother. Not even the loot is worth it - I can get a swarm from Vanguard engrams (actually got one with feeding frenzy and target lock). I just wanted to have some fun, but the fun abruptly ended at the boss. I don't know who has the say at Bungo's balancing or game test department now, but he must have reached the apex of incompetence, and so must his team. Who do you build this game for? The 0.01% of players who have no life outside of destiny, who's only purpose in life is destiny, who make their living off it? You missed any reasonable goal for this game by a mile, bungo. I remember the days when you claimed you would move away from the dull "boss == bullet sponge" formula and offer better, more intelligent challenges. Bullet sponges are back, and it's worse than it has ever been. Thank God this is only a game. Just to think of you guys having an application in your hands the health or even lives of people would depend on. You'd all be in jail already. For me, this game isn't worth playing anymore, because I play for fun, and this game isn't fun anymore. Its endgame content is mostly a horrible, endlessly time consuming grind, and the raid doesn't have to offer much to me any more either - a few red borders I wouldn't even know why to farm or craft the weapons from, considering the sad state of Destiny. Witch Queen was quite impressive, but since then you are ruining this game more with every iteration. Just looking at not just the amount, but kind of bugs this game now contains makes me laugh. How come? Is that a "new generation of talented and creative young people" who is responsible for that? If so, adjust your judgement. They totally lack in every department of software and game development, be it balance or quality or robustness (regarding that, considering the new loadout system and how it fails when it just can't find a weapon or piece of armor anymore is simply ridiculous. Whoever coded this did a job so p*ss poor it's hard to describe with words).
