Please explain what your problem is more clearly. Time wasted on Destiny shows you have cross save active with Xbox account being primary. Did you intend to have your Steam be primary? In order to make any changes to cross save such as linking/unlinking or changing which account is primary you must disable cross save. Cross save cannot be enabled again for a full 90 days which is mandatory. If you bought silver on any linked accounts cross save cannot be disabled for a full 90 days which is mandatory.
