Constant message: Contacting Destiny 2 Servers
I'm an Xbox One player and recently I've had this message pop up a lot "ATTENTION Contacting Destiny 2 servers" ....... my console is plugged directly in the router, normally I ignore it and gameplay continues.
However, today, the message came across the screen, then completely kicked me out of the game. I did a hard reset, router reset, cache clear & nothing helped.
The message comes across to check bungie for code Weasel...
I look all those up and nothing fits, I am not banned, I only play on a single platform, & I do not have the destiny 2 companion app....
What can I do??
Anybody else coming across this issue?
Even as I'm typing this I'm going through every solution given for the 20th time

Happening on steam too - Dumping the download cache in steam seems to get it ti subside for a day or two and then it's back like clockwork. Seems to be something is creating a cache that is thusly interfering and causing this?
