Xur Node Flashing with No Turn Ins Available
This bug has been happening for so long that I forgot when it started, but Xur's Vendor Icon is continuously saying I have something to turn in, but I've claimed all I can from him. I tried resetting my rank and even that didn't fix it.
Any chance someone knows how to fix this bug? If not, can we please get Bungie to patch this persisting issue?

It started happening just before finishing Forerunner's Catalyst, for me at like 75% and above he started blinking and I'm not sure why, Drifter is doing the same thing but with the Malfeasence quest.
