Well I tried to get a refund from Sony but because I downloaded and started the game they denied. This is weird because on their website they say they will still consider a refund if the game is too faulty. This was mentioned but they still don’t care. I feel I have to say that I have spent over 4 hours on a title/loading screen. So, with that I can just say this is the first time I have actually been scammed by a big company. If there is any advice for trying to get a refund AGAIN from Sony please let me know.

Have you managed to speak to a real person? Usually when you do, it's more likely to get your refund than the bots, since you can explain and provide proof the game isn't working. Besides that, I can only recommend reaching out to news outlets and SONY themselves to try and make "poop hit the fan".

No I spoke through online chat and noticed that more people are recommending to speak to a real person so next time I will use some of the tips I have read about. Thanks for the help.
