I own the disc copy of Destiny, and I recently had to buy the digital copy due to the error code. After watching you tube videos and Google, I reached out to Microsoft and in the past 3 days was unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Microsoft referred me back to Bungie and gave me their number and email; only to find out that when you call, it rings once then hangs up, and the email was no help either. I own an Xbox one and I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled the game. I have cleared the cache( waited at least 5min) I have returned my Xbox back to factory, and removed my profile, I recovered my profile back on the Xbox, I have power cycled my modem and router for the recommended 5 min as well. I am also using a wired connection that is not too far from the Xbox. My NAT type is Open, Packet loss is 0% and my latency is 81ms as I'm typing this. My wife is able to play destiny no problem, no error codes; it only happens when I use my profile. I hope that this information helps to some degree, and I would be grateful if someone can tell me how to fix this when I have exhausted all other resources. Thanks.
