Rain of Firebolts Artifact Mod doesn't work with Strand Primary Weapons equipped
I tried using Rain of Firebolts for a build and I put on a strand weapon and it didn't give me my second firebolt. I took it off and immediately got it back, but once I put a Strand weapon on it was gone.
