Cannot Access Lightfall after Purchase

Hiya, I bought all the old DLC and the recent Lightfall that costed $49.99 on steam. I made sure all the addons were enabled in the settings, and it is now nearly a week later. I have 0 access to any Lightfall or current Season content without the game trying to make me REPURCHASE Lightfall + Annual Pass for $99.99. There's no reduction in cost for already owning the expansion or anything to purchase it. Even if I do, will it let me have access to the content that I already paid for finally or will I be wasting $100 and be taken advantage of? What can I do, besides going to my bank and arguing for direct charge backs for not receiving the product I payed for? I've tried finding contact support emails or anything to contact support and I have yielded 0 results. I've messaged them on Twitter as well.

  • Can you please clarify what it is that you're trying to access and the error you're receiving that's preventing you form playing? Are you selecting Neptune to get started? Can you please share a screenshot of what you see both before and after selecting Neptune?
