Same issue I reported last week with D1. Replaced my networking gear. Spectrum has been out and tested the line. BUNGIE, stop telling me it's on my side. I can connect, but two other accounts in my household cannot...on the same console. I've been playing for years, but my teens cannot even log in to create their first character.

Can we get an ETA of it ? 1month ago someone already said that but with no ETA. We wait for more than 1 month for a unplayable game that cost 60$ so please gave us some real news.

Exactly, we've gotten no estimate on a fix and we can't play the game we paid $60 for.
