At any point has she been able to make it past the initial loading screen to enter the game?

Hello, No there is just the loading that turns indefinitely and then error code chicken

Sometimes the support team can be too busy with other matters to reply. Remember that just because you did not get a response from Bungie does not mean it hasn't been seen by them. -
-New players cannot access Destiny 1 -Contacting Destiny servers -Error code chicken -Not able to create a character This is a serious problem. Yet the game remains for sale.
