Hello. There is currently a bug with the site where it will redirect to our homepage. Once you sign in and are redirected, you should be able to click the link again to get to the form to fill it out.
If you're still being redirected, please clear your browser's cookies and cache and then retry the above steps.

I tried the steps above. When I login, I am signed on Bungie.net where the forums are located, but the article in which the link is present is on the "help.bungie.net" site. It appears that I am unable to login to the help.bungie site. Everytime I sign in and click the link, I am taken to the article but logged out. When I click the "sign in" button in the top left, I sign in and am redirected to the Bungie.net home page. It appears the issue is with the help.bungie site. I've tried signing in with cookies cleared and different browsers but I cannot access the form. Is there a workaround for this?

Did not work, similar result: Forced to sign in, after sign in I'm redirected to Bungie.net home.
