I feel you. Looks like servers are scheduled to be offline for maintenance tomorrow. We'll see if they correct the issues.

Do you know what for

I do not. Scroll up and you'll see a notice. No mention of any specific fixes, just general maintenance.

I think from what I understand it said all destiny releases will be offline I think it might be about the servers and error codes but I could be wrong

If you notice the replies from Swat, a community member, "a small number of players are experiencing issues on Destiny 1". Since Bungie has not responded and we are given rhetoric that suggests it is not going to affect Bungie's bottom line, I would assume the worst in that this will not be resolved. If a Bungie dev can shed light on this, it would do more to address the issue we are having. Right now, we are in the dark and feel abandoned.

It's for Destiny 2 which is due to receive a game update on the 16th March to fix a few issues which have appeared since the release of the Lightfall expansion. -
Nothing about D1?

Bungie is fully aware a small number of players are experiencing error code Chicken when they attempt to play Destiny 1. This will be fixed at some point in the future. Stay tuned to Bungie's official channels for the latest service updates. Please note that the @BungieHelp Twitter handle is only for posting service alerts, they don't reply to Tweets. Just saying, it's not a small number. It's every single account that doesn't have a character. Bungie are selling a game that you physically cannot play.

Right, nobody new can access the game. This doesn't warrant some sense of urgency?
