Vog has easy mechanics, Garden has easy mechanics, what about Levi it also has easy mechanics. Because a raid is easy doesn’t mean it was meant to be a dungeon

A TL:DR is
RoN has one encounter that seemingly does not fit at all, and it is its best encounter.
If you abstract the mechanics of that encounter, it fits a lot of Destiny's raid-encounter design principles, such as the case with mechanics found in VoG and Garden (mechanics are allowed to be easy, what matters is the different teamwork elements they call for).
If you abstract the mechanics of the remaining 3 encounters that share a mechanic, they do not follow the raid-encounter design principles, instead being largely similar to dungeon mechanics, especially the dungeon we most recently got.
