This has nothing to do with Bungie.
This is for Microsoft XBL support to sort out as they are the retailer and platform provider so they control game and dlc licences.

The only issues I’m having are at bungie’s end, in game. Xbox store says I own it and it’s downloaded as normal. I doubt Xbox support it going to help me with something that I already payed for and have downloaded

As I said "THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BUNGIE". Bungie is not the retailer who you tried to buy from... Microsoft was. Game and Dlc licences are not controlled by Bungie.. Microsoft controls them as they are the platform provider. You were contacted by MICROSOFT saying there was issues if it was Bungie then it would have been them.

Ok sure, but where do I now go for answers because I’m looking all over Microsoft and Xbox support and there’s nothing there for “we took your $150 but gave you nothing in return haha sucked in” Can’t even find a damn direct email option
