literally have the same problem , didnt even realize until I finished the entire campaign was congratulated for finishing on legendary awarded a calling card and when both my friends went off to meditate for strand I checked why ikora wouldnt speak to me turns out Destiny had me on 13/21 for the quest as well as completed the campaign… played that strike 3 times and receive no progress annoying that I pay for a dlc that I cant fully access played all day to start my strand journey just for this to happen actually was having fun on destiny for the first time in a while all the changes were amazing whi knows how long this will take to fix so I dont even know what to do until then

Same thing happened to me. This is the second time. I've been questioning my destiny loyalty lately and been find myself playing other games this might be the final straw.
