[RESOLVED] Day 14 of not being able to access my account due to Weasel
EDIT: As of 09/02/23 @ 00:45 GMT i was able to login to my account, now to see if it stays fixed
Since the account rollback update (126.96.36.199), I have not been able to access my account. As soon as i select a character i get error code Weaseled immediately:
This is 100% [b]NOT[/b] a networking issue as i can login to my alternate account perfectly fine and have been playing on it for about a week now:
I also got a friend in another country to try and login to my main account to see if he has the same issue. Unsurprisingly, he did:
I have also tried loging in to my account on PS5 but the same issue occurs.
Other things i have tried include:
Checking my network ports
Trying a different internet connection
Using a VPN
Unlinking my bungie account from 3rd party sites and apps
Deleting and remaking a character
Several other people on this forum have the same issue including a known content creator, yet i have only seen 1 post be forwarded to Destiny Player Support for further investigation.
I understand that issues that affect a small population can take time to investigate but i feels like we are talking to an empty void at the moment. Any sort of escalation or even acknowledgement would be very greatly appreciated
Bro..have u play any Comp since they fixed this issue few days ago?
I just played Comp on my Hunter and Titan about an hour ago and now i cant login on both character.
Warlock is just fine.
If u play any Comp, maybe you should try to login again on that character you use.
