Stuck at 98% download
I'm having this weird issue where my d2 is just stuck at 98% on Steam and my Download rate drops too to kbps meanwhile every other game I download on steam works so idk what to do reinstalled the game now 3 times and did mostly everything that I could find on YouTube or internet in general nothing really helped
