Today I earned another Artifact Update, When I went to the Cipher I found all my mods were dimmed except for the first column. If I hover over the Cipher on my Character Page it shows I've earned 21 of the 25 mods. I can't select new mods, nor re-select the old mods I've earned, I cannot reset the Artifact either. I had several of the mods from column two and above on my armor, they too wer dimmed and did not seem to work. Restarting the Destiny Program did not fix the issue. I also rebooted my PC, again it didn't help. I've attached the results from DxDiag. On your help page you ask what I was doing when the problem occurred. The problem seems to have been there from the beginning of the day before I did anything. I've now had to retype this post three times since the forum seems to be glitching and sending me back to the home page. <sigh>
