The game has evolved immensely over the last 2 years. Here are some of the big ticket items for me:
1. Target Farming Exotics should be easier. Lost Sector farming is fine at first, but the loot pools are immensely large that it can feel completely unrewarding over a play session when you're trying to get a specific one or get a nice roll and you have no way to control the outcome of most of it.
2. Give me more ways to spend Ascendant Shards (Golf Balls) and/or Prisms. Maybe this could tie into my first point. But I know for many endgame players that swim in these and have Masterworked most of their collection, I have (mostly) no use for them and would love for other ways to target specific things or otherwise.
3. Endgame cosmetics as rewards. These can be anything - mementos, ornaments, shaders, even alternate ways that Exotics look based on Triumphs. Example : Revision Zero. By accomplishing certain tasks/quests, you can have a selection of ornaments available.
I'll probably add more as time goes on.

Agreed, those were mine sugestions as well. But my second one was rework for old exotic armor but with new ornaments to sell

Completely agree with point 2. Once you start farming GMs you have so many golf balls you don’t know what to do with them anymore. I’ve probably lost a 100 in my postmaster. Not that it matters because I still have more and likely still will never use them all. Even after masterworking armors I’ll probably never even use. With you on the alloys too. There just isn’t enough really good crafted weapons out there to ever use all of the alloys that just come naturally through gameplay. There should be more use cases for both in game. Maybe tie it into point 1 about targeting specific players extol armors. Use a golf ball prior to X activity and guarantee a certain armor piece. Use 2 golf balls and guarantee high stat. I’m still for a grind so I don’t know if I’m on board with targeting exact armor pieces.

But yes, I've mostly masterworkd my exotics 4-5 seasons ago and with double loot, it's great to "catch up", but more use cases would be great. Some examples I can list off the top of my head : - Amor stat redistribution, change a Masterwork on World/Activity drop weapon. - Focusing a specific weapon with a guaranteed specific perk from any vendor - Dismantle for Legendary Shards - Level up a crafted weapon X amount of levels by consuming a Golfball - Sink 3 [i]more[/i] Golfballs into an already masterworked exotic armor to get the Artifice Slot (which now will give +3 additional points to distrubute) etc

Another idea that would also make Xur relevant again to long time players… Have Xur sell a buff that targets a certain armor piece with high stat distribution for an alloy or a golf ball or multiple. It will give some of us reason to actually care about Xur again. I can’t even tell you the last time I even bothered going to him.
