Making another post because last one wasn't clear Problem 1: I got calus's treasured from pretige leviathan before it got vaulted. It was removed from my collections when leviathan was vaulted and I haven't been able to use it since. According to a TWAB regarding the DCV players were warned to get loot they still need from soon to be vaulted raids and I did that Problem 2: I dismantled 3 or 4 pieces of armor recently with calus's treasured on it but calus's treasured didn't unlock. according to a TWAB regarding shaders, if you dismantle gear that has a shader that you don't have in your collections then it will give you said shader but that didn't happen. I definitely got it after warmind because I double checked in season of arrivals, and was using the shader up until the raid got vaulted. I even have the contenders shell which would be impossible to have without the shader yet here I am I did everything I was supposed to do and still nothing. The biggest problem I'm having is that over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money, even coming beyond $100 in some years and was considering getting the deluxe edition of lightfall, but I just can't see myself continue to fork up my money for your services if I can't get some simple customer support. I see people getting entire characters restored and other issues getting resolved but this one simple issue I have isn't even getting anyone's attention. I don't want to reach the low of saying that I won't spend any more money on Bungie until I get this shader back but I'm running out of options, and genuinely don't want to keep buying a game that doesn't care about my issues with the game... The simple solution would be to just give me the shader manually provided I have proof of ownership. This isn't that outlandish considering I did everything Bungie said and still have this problem (a bug!) I'm not asking for something that I outright don't have so it's not like I'm asking for handouts. I literally just want this one problem solved I'm not gonna keep spending $100 a year if I can't get some simple customer support with a simple problem that was caused simply by Bungie failing to live up to what they stated.
