Hello, For every zone you have captured, you get +2 points. I don’t know off the top of my head how often it gives points, but the zones’ UI have a gray border that shows it like a loading circle. Capping a new zone will give +1 point. At 40 and 80 points a middle zone with Cabal turrets will appear, and when captured, it gives +4 points every 7(?) seconds until it disappears.
