Can't Create Clan
I cannot create a clan. I play on Steam. When I try on the Companion App it says I don't meet the requirements, and on the website it says the same but includes error code: 753. I don't find this error code in the error code search list. According to Reddit posts, etc, people seem to think the requirements are a 30 day old account and having completed New Light/reached The Tower.
I made my main character in 2020 and completed New Light in 2020, I also bought DLC then too. I played for a bit then but stopped and came back to play with new friends recently, I am about to start The Witch Queen DLC after completing Shadowkeep and Beyond Light. I don't and have never had cross-save enabled (I saw some posts about people potentially having issues with the age of cross-save accounts.)
I have seen where others can't create clans either despite having played for years and completing the game. Does anyone have a surefire requirements list for this issue?

2 RepliesGreetings! The requirements you listed are correct. The account they're referring to is your Bungie.net account, which was made on December 27, 2022. So roughly around January 26 you'll be able to create a clan. Note that Bungie.net accounts are separate from Destiny 2 accounts. You can play D2 without having a Bungie.net account.
