The last time it happened I had to go completely out of the activity I loaded up to the H.E.L.M before it worked.[/quote] Just equip a rocket launcher and shoot yourself that will fix it, if you've no ammo just run through a laser, has happened to me couple of times but you dont need to restart mission just respawn and your be able to crouch again.
