Osteo Striga still won’t let me unlock the pattern.
I’ve had the weapon unlocked for a while, and have completed the attunement but it still says I need the deluxe edition of Witch Queen to claim the pattern, even though anyone who completes Witch Queen should now be able to get it. I was told to try crafting it but that didn’t work, and I was told to wait for the next season so I tried again once season of the plunder ended but it still says I need the deluxe edition. How am I supposed to claim the pattern???

You can craft the osteo striga with just Witch Queen. However, In order to claim the triumph you must own the deluxe edition. The triumph doesn't do anything.
