Item missing from previous season pass
I've got all the universal ornaments from the season pass from the Season of the Risen, but for some reason I'm missing one of them on my Titan. I've collected all 15 pieces, but for some reason, that one is missing? I swear I had it before, but now it's not in my collections. What should I do? Is there anything I can do to get that item restored?
Edit: I've tried looking in the previous seasons tab, but that wasn't helpful. And the missing items contact form doesn't seem to exist anymore, it redirects to another menu now. Please help.

If you're using chrome/edge - google 'Destiny 2 past season extension' and you'll see a reddit/github result that will let you go further back in seasons than just last season
