Truthfully that "unlinking" is a myth.
It comes down to the fact that if you are playing and someone else logs in on a different linked platform then the original player is kicked from the game... which the game calls out a weasel error as you lose connection to the Destiny matchmaking servers.
This is also the case when someone is banned while they are playing.
What have you done on your end.
Have you ran a full Internet diagnostic looking for issues... including data loss which can also result in that error code.
Done a search for the error code on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide.
Reset your router and then cleared your system's cache to refresh your Internet connection.
Are you using WiFi as they are subject to interference.
