Not receiving Bungie e-mails / can't verify after troubleshooting

Hello, I'm still not receiving any e-mails from Bungie nor can I verify a new e-mail address. I've tried all of the steps listed in the help article at https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024152-Email-Validation-for-Bungie-net-Profiles and I've tried resending the verification e-mail, as well as using another e-mail address, which now can't be verified. I have, of course, checked my spam folders, and also the server logs to see if an e-mail has been refused delivery. Weirdly, I haven't had an e-mail but the Email and SMS page in Settings shows that my e-mail address is both verified and not (screenshot attached). Pls help Thanks, Chai

  • It used to say it was verified and I would still get nothing now after reading your post mine is appearing as the same both verified and unverified and the new verification email never arrives, not spam, not anything.
