So, I just fixed this on my account, thanks to DIM. Check in Records>Triumphs>Season of Plunder>Ritual>Quests and see what it shows for "Savior of the Seven Seas". I had completed everything on my Hunter, but my Warlock was only at step 5 of the quest for the season. In-game, Savior showed completed, but in DIM, it showed completed AND 5/8. When I completed the story on my Warlock, I was able to obtain the final entry. It looks like a second character progressing through the story changes the number of pirate lords defeated at the account-wide level, so that even if you've completed the story and that triumph is completed, the back end will (or at least can) show a lower number. Finish the story on your alt, and it might fix it for you, as well.

Interesting…mine says 5/8 on my main warlock. So I can only think to plod on with my alt hunter… the quest is ended for my warlock..or should i just keep on doing explorations to trigger the pirate barons until I cover them all off? So confusing..at least for me.

I got it tonight by completing on my 2nd char hunter. Result!
