I have a variant of this too.
I initially saw a page full of rewards, companion app shows loads of rewards, but Amanda Holliday shows nothing (but the mouse cursor changes like there are things to click on, but clicking does nothing)

Allegedly this was fixed a month or two ago, I had the same issue but after the fix, amanda would show now some things for rewards but only like 5 or 6, I eventually fixed my issue a few days ago after posting this, I ended claiming what ever rewards she had there and as soon as I claimed the last one the page filled with more rewards and keep filling as I kept claiming more of them, I am still missing some of the more recent ones but I got most of them so I'm satisfied. If its still not showing anything for you and the rewards still show up on the companion app, try going to the rewards page and try refreshing your rewards. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/codes/partners

Thanks, tried that and still not there in game. There in the companion app though. I'll just try again and try relinking accounts again I guess
