Prime gaming Concentric Dawn Exotic Bundle problem.

I had my accounts linked for a very long time and now this loot arrived and so I claimed. I didnt receive the rewards in amanda's inventory so I went ahead and just as prime gaming noted relink my account if it was linked before october and if didnt receive the loot. I did it twice and amanda still doesnt have the loot. I contacted amazon they said everything looks alright and if I did the relinking right which I explained how and they responded that there is no issue with amazon side and for me to contact the game. well here I am so how do I fix it? I have a friend who had no issue and is already using the loot by the way.
