A fellow guardian, TheGDubbya, has STILL been locked out of his account due to the error code Marmort. Why is this still and issue for him after every single fix available online has been done? Any help at all would be awesome.

As I'm sure your aware that particular error code is caused by corrupt game file and a damaged drive is usually the likely culprit. As your friend is on console they're limited as to what they can do, if worse comes to worse they can factory reset the console or look at replacing the hardrive. Bear in mind that both of the aforementioned steps do have other side effects or require new hardware and knowledge how to perform them.
