When you take a look at the top trending posts on Destiny 2 forums it's a lot of "Is Bungie listening to customer feedback?" When you look at Bungie's responses, it's a lot of " Sorry you feel that way. We are listening & communicating the best we can." What other job/career/company/corp works like this? "I'm doing a great job?" All of your customer relation feedback say you're doing a horrible job.

When you take a look at vanilla D2 & compare it to D2 now, it's pretty stupid to say Bungie isn't listening.
