My 2 cents on the Bungie/Content Creator situation

Every single terrible change was a major complaint by STREAMERS. I remember big streamers constantly crying about power creep and having no loot chase that feels worth and therefore sunsetting needs to be a thing. Guess what was implemented not soon after. Yes, sunsetting. Everyone hated it, shocker. Rng drop rates have SIGNIFICANTLY been nerfed into the absolute ground for almost everything after streamers complained that they have nothing to do in the game. Only rewarding activitites left in the game are the highest dificulties which require excessive power level grinds every season as a result. Same with streamers crying about the game being too easy for their fulltime job enjoyment. Soon later Grandmaster nightfalls, master raids and other master content plus trials came out. Content that's maybe played by 1-2 % of the entire playerbase cause of heavy power level restrictions and tedious grind attached to even playing said activities in the first place EVERY single season. We also got ridiculous armor and power level upgrade requirements with excessive material sinks after Streamers said they had nothing to do. Remember when armor was upgraded to the maximum energy by just using cores? Not 3 different resources that require endgame grinds all the time? 3 golf balls + 5 prism, glimmer and shards for a single exotic masterwork, great.... Every single level upgrade now costs upgrade modules aswell, used to be glimmer, shards and enhancement cores. Every nerf to weapon outliers was cryed about by streamers beforehand aswell. This company is a bunch of streamer satisfiers for whatever reason. Seriously tho, when was the last economy change that was made FOR the players enjoyment. Not just a time spent in the game extender that was sought after by full time players like streamers and unemployed people? Quick hint Bungie: Building your game for an elitist, tiny minority is not good nor healthy for the games growth. It scares away normal players who actually only play 1-2 hours per day if even. Not everyone can play the game as a fulltime job. It's simply wasted development resources to cater everything towards streamers.

Bungie has no care for the game's growth and their actions literally show it, but what's funny is how many want to lie to themselves that "Bungie is improving the game". News flash, since streamers have complained about how easy the game is, and as Activision was leaving Bungie has constantly looked for ways to remove what benefits the players and drag what little next to nothing at all out in what content they design. There is no incentive to run 90% of the content in this game because Bungie refused to create that incentive. Their idea of "incentive" is basing everything off of their RNG, gating content, spamming champions, with their broken artifact that was designed to control how you play their game with barely any actual loot worth acquiring, but somehow players think running an activity 100+ times to acquire 1 item is "fun" Yes, streamers had a hand in a lot of the poor decisions Bungie has made, but it actually comes down to Bungie. They should be responsible for their own actions, but I have watched over the years how they literally blame everything else but themselves and watch them pin the player base against one another so they don't have to feel guilty for their deliberate poor actions. What this actually all boils down to is that Bungie majority of the time creates a problem only to sorta sell the solution later down the line. (This is a design choice) that is not healthy at all and in no way most of their design choices are made for a players enjoyment.
