I had the wrong email address when I redeemed digital rewards and I don’t have access to the email anymore. I updated my email on file and just want the rewards resent to my current email on file :(

2 RepliesHi there. If you bought something from the Bungie Store that included a promotional emblem, please submit a [url=https://bungiestore.com/customer-service]Customer Service[/url] request. The forums are a separately entity from the store and cannot help with any store issues. If you're referring to emblems and other rewards you claimed from the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Rewards/Rewards]Digital Rewards page[/url], those are not sent by email. Emblems you've claimed will automatically unlock in your Collections under Flair > Emblems > General the next time you log into a character. Other rewards, such as free Glimmer and Upgrade Modules, will be automatically added to your account or go to the Postmaster for you to pick up.
