The nerf was unjustified imo, that’s expected.
BUT I also believe the affect it will have on raids isn’t as impactful as the effect it will have on GMs.
I love divinity for GMs, it’s a sold reliable support weapon and can effectively and consistently stun overloads ( what??!? An overload stun in properly?!)
Now Bungie’s excuse for nerfing it was that it over shadowed other weaken effects. BUT it’s the only weaken effect with 24/7 stunning ability.
Who is gonna use tractor cannon In gms? I know this current season there is unstoppable shotty but there won’t be next season!
How can you say it’s overpowered when it’s the only weapon in its niche, no other weapon functions like divinity it fill the only spot it can.
It’s sad to see the only support exotic go

But now if you want a maximum 30% debuff you need to use something else too. I don’t necessarily agree with the nerf this way. Maybe moving it to a power weapon with a reduction on reserves and ammo per brick, so there’s chances you may not always have ammo for it, or may not be able to use it through an entire damage phase. Maybe instead make a change where the debuff provided scales up based on damage buffs being applied to the player, starting at 15% and maxing out at 30%, where you’d need a 35%+ damage buff for divinity to max a 30% debuff. So teams have to spec into using Divinity as a debuff tool. And just Bubble or We’ll won’t max the debuff.
