Currently it give 2% super energy per kill, 3% for enhanced.
So I have a few ideas:
1. Primaries get 4% per kill specials gain 5% and heavies 6%
2. Killing majors, champions, mini bosses, bosses, or vehicles give bonus 10%
3. Matching weapons damage to sub class element give you a bonus 3% per kill, kinetics gain the bonus with precision kills.
4. While super is full you gain +10 to all weapons stats (this part active in pvp)
*side note: thresh should give you pvp super energy if you kill a guardian in their super, maybe 10%*
