My name is Snailbert.
I've been on PlayStation for almost a decade as Snailbert.
I played D1 a ton and a fair bit of D2, but not to the same degree as 1. I last played D2 at the end of 2021. I had a friend come back to play the game recently and wanted me to join him. I decided to download the game again, and load back up this time as my original Titan character.
But guess what, Bungie used my one name change available to call me Guardian4104. The name Snailbert does not break any code of conduct. It does not breach any violations and not could I since I didn't even have the game downloaded. Bungie has allowed my name on Destiny since 2014. But, without good reason I've lost my guardian identity.
To this I finish saying, I do not need a moderator to copy paste what I already know. You're not helping. I've read over their terms and conditions with their code multiple times. Unless a Bungie employee cares to step forward with an explanation, or an apology for using my ONE NAME CHANGE to take my identity and not allow me to have a different one, no answer will be much help.
But I will continue to post every now and then seeking retribution for the name Snailbert or the ability to give myself another name.
Good day, or good night.
Snailbert
Edit: Thank you to everyone for keeping this fun and entertaining on my slow road of determination.
