Seemed pointless to fix this. I didn't even notice it was considered broken. Getting two swings while on the ground if you were fast enough made sense because the buff lasted that long. You can't even really use this "feature" to get around quicker overall because of the backswing and it only ever worked if you were on the ground. This really only nerfs the weapon's use in PvP which... seems dumb? How often were two players close enough to get chopped by a double Eager Edge swing, let alone blind enough to let you get within range? You can still skate with it which requires being in the air, so you can't use the double-swing there. You can still grief your allies since you only ever needed one swing to take them out. Honestly, what was the point? It's going to change almost nothing about how the weapon is used, but this was priority for the bug-fix team? I'm confused.
