This has been the worst week of trials yet. All I see are two and three stacks and us solo players not having any chance to get the seven wins done without putting in inordinate amount of hours. I don't mind losing, but I do mind Bungie not separating the sweaty players from those just trying to have some fun and getting some non-adept weapons.
You need to make solo queue permanent like it is in Gambit and Survival. I just don't understand why you think it's fun to go a whole day without a single win because your teammates don't know how to play as a team, while the other side is playing well and wiping the floor with us. At least stop matching three stacks against two stacks and all solo player teams!
There have been some really good suggestions out there for how to proceed. Either have the flawless pool all weekend long, or have solo queue.
Then stop putting so much emphasis on connection quality that it keeps putting those of us who enjoy it but don't want to spend the whole weekend getting creamed in this never-win Groundhog day of a game mode, just so we can get a few guns.
It's not fun. When I'm in solo queue, I get lambasted plenty, but I also win the occasional match so that I can get the guns. And everybody who gets seven wins on a weekend should get one adept weapon don't you think? At least until we can craft the guns and make better guns than the adept ones.
I fail to see how it's appropriate to give better guns to the best players, only making the difference between them and the rest of us even worse! I only made the Lighthouse three times in D1 and was really happy about that. But I had a lot more fun playing back then because it wasn't such a blowout every single game like it is now.

Why are you surprised? Do you not realize most solos and low to mid skilled players have ALREADY been chased away from trials? It’s literally just sweats and stacks running the show. There’s literally no reason for anyone not in the upper skill tiers to play trials… All the good pve loot has pretty much been removed. What’s the point of trying? Let me tell you something… I’ve literally never been able to bring myself to play trials of Osiris. Never even played a single game. I suffer from heavy depression and anxiety. Trials would only worsen things. What is Bungie supposed to do to attract someone like me to willingly play it? What could Bungie do to straight up convince someone in my position to try trials?
