Crash to Desktop on activity launch - unable to play
Started today - Crash to Desktop on activity launch - unable to play anything
Never had a problem before, no changes to hardware or software settings.
Tried everything possible to fix, nothing changes. It's not a problem with my PC.
I have game installed (same account) through both EPIC and STEAM both crash on activity launch.
I tried using another PC with a working D2 account when i try using my account i get a crash at the exact same point, this confirms it is a server side or account related bug.
I'm not the only person facing this same issue currently because i have read posts here on the forums and on various reddit posts of people facing this issue today.
Can anyone help me with how to resolve this problem?
When will Bungie fix this?

8 RepliesHey mikeybustos, Are you able to get me your system specs? Also what version gpu Drivers are you operating on? Happy to troubleshoot with ya, just need some more information. Are you also able to maybe get a screenshare/video of this behavior happening? Is it only when loading into an activity? Are you able to load into the Tower or anything without any issues? Does the game hard crash when at the initial character select loading screen? Moreover, I know you're convinced it's a server issue, and I'm not going to deny that possibility. But for me to best help you I need to come to the same conclusion.
