I have been having wired connection issues and have switched to wifi for the time being, but the disconnects with the wired issues have caused a suspension. How do I explain this to Bungie and get the ban lifted?

Please note that submitting duplicate appeals or help requests that violate the Code of Conduct may lead to further restrictions from the Help Center contact forms, Bungie.net community sites, or Bungie games[/b] So basically, we don't care if it wasnt your fault. We are not going to fix it and if you appeal again, we will ban you longer!
