My phone does the same but I'm pretty sure U can turn it off for the app? If my 2019 phone from wish (not literally) is the same as ur 2099 phone from whatever

I can't find a way to exclude certain apps from invoking the Game Dashboard features on my Pixel 5 (which is from 2020 for the record). It looks to me like it's something that Bungie needs to look into.
